* New upstream release.
  + The mkfs utility was rewritten and can now
    create filesystems up to several exabytes.
* Dropped all patches - merged upstream.
* Dropped all usage of quilt - currently not required.
* No longer use CFLAGS as CCFLAGS, the SConstruct file
  now honors CCFLAGS.
