add dependences needed run make-jpkg (Closes: #782132)

tested the following builds in a clean jessie chroot:

 make-jpkg jdk-8u45-linux-x64.tar.gz
 make-jpkg jre-8u45-linux-x64.tar.gz
 make-jpkg jdk-7u80-linux-x64.tar.gz
 make-jpkg jre-7u80-linux-x64.tar.gz
